Who handles your information

Tianjin Boke Composite Materials Co., Ltd. handles personal information submitted through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to overseas@boketjcn.com.

Information we collect

A structured inquiry may include the following business details:

We also process an IP address and anti-abuse signals when the form is submitted.

Inquiry attribution

To evaluate marketing channels and improve this website, we may retain the marketing source, campaign, pathname-only landing page and referring hostname associated with an inquiry. We use first-party local storage on this website to keep only the permitted first and last touch; it is sent to our inquiry service only when you submit an inquiry.

This first-party attribution does not create a marketing subscription, advertising profile or a complete browsing history.

We also keep daily aggregate counts for page views, form starts and successful inquiry submissions. These counts use only the permitted page path, content category and product category; they do not include your name, contact details, message, IP address or a visitor identifier.

Analytics cookies

Only after you choose to accept analytics, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4. We use it to understand page usefulness and voluntary contact actions: page views, inquiry-form views and starts, successful inquiry submissions, and clicks on our WhatsApp or email contact options. We configure these events with only a pathname, content category and product category where applicable.

We never send your name, company, email, phone, WhatsApp number or inquiry message to Google. Google Analytics 4 may use analytics cookies and online identifiers under Google's own service terms to provide its reports. If you reject analytics, or have not made a choice, we do not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4. You can withdraw a previous choice below; withdrawal removes the stored consent and reloads the page without analytics.

Google Maps

Our contact page offers an optional embedded Google Map. The map is not loaded automatically. If you choose to load it, your browser connects directly to Google and Google may process technical information under its own privacy terms. You can use the address without loading the embedded map.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry details only to review and respond to that inquiry, assess its supplier and project requirements, prevent abuse and protect the inquiry service. If you provide a WhatsApp number and contact consent, we use it only to discuss that same inquiry; neither an inquiry nor WhatsApp contact subscribes you to marketing or unrelated outreach.

Service providers and international processing

The website and inquiry service use Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1 and Turnstile for hosting, storage and abuse prevention, and Resend for inquiry notification email and delivery-status webhooks. When analytics is accepted, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 process the permitted analytics event data described above. If you choose to load the embedded map, Google Maps also processes the connection under Google's applicable terms. We store only the delivery event type, event time, opaque Resend email identifier, a limited error category where applicable, and the internal inquiry-notification link; we do not store webhook recipients, subject lines or message content. The current D1 database operates in the APAC region without a jurisdiction restriction. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable service terms. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that interaction is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We clear stored IP addresses after 30 days. Ordinary inquiry records are deleted from the active inquiry database after 24 months. If an inquiry becomes a customer relationship, information required for contracts, delivery, accounting, warranty or legal obligations may be kept separately under the applicable compliance and business-record retention period. This separate recordkeeping boundary does not extend the ordinary inquiry retention period.

Inquiry attribution information follows the same 24 months retention period and is deleted with the ordinary inquiry record.

Limited inquiry-notification delivery events follow the same 24 months retention period. They are not used to profile visitors or create a marketing subscription.

Deleted records may remain temporarily in restricted disaster-recovery history until Cloudflare D1's applicable recovery window expires.

Your requests

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry information, or object to its processing, by emailing overseas@boketjcn.com. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our inquiry process or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
