Carbon Fiber CNC Machining and Engraving Capabilities

See how Boke machines carbon fiber sheets into complex profiles, curved slots, repeated hole patterns and custom components for assembly.

Carbon fiber engraving goes well beyond cutting a simple outline. Boke’s carbon fiber CNC machining and engraving capability turns carbon fiber sheet into custom parts with complex external contours, internal openings, straight and curved slots, repeated hole patterns and detailed mounting features.

The three workshop photographs on this page present that capability directly. They show individual machined plates, coordinated components and a detail-rich part, all produced as drawing-led carbon fiber sheet geometries.

In this context, engraving refers to CNC routing, milling and drilling of cured carbon fiber sheet. The required geometry is defined by the project drawing, then the sheet is machined into the specified profile and feature layout.

Complex profiles beyond simple sheet cutting

The opening photograph brings a wide range of machined shapes into one view. Alongside large internal cutouts, the parts include irregular perimeter geometry, narrow tabs, elongated openings and mixed hole sizes.

Several features are combined within a single component. Straight edges transition into angled or rounded sections, while mounting holes and slots are positioned around the outer profile. This demonstrates a machining range that extends beyond rectangular panels and basic round holes.

Coordinated components for assembly

Elongated members and matching plate components show how multiple carbon fiber geometries can be prepared as a coordinated set.

The second photograph shows elongated members, plate components and a partially assembled structure together. Repeated mounting features and complementary shapes make the relationship between the individual pieces easy to see.

This type of work highlights Boke’s ability to machine coordinated part sets for a multi-component assembly. Each component can retain its own outline and feature pattern while remaining part of one drawing-led project.

Curved slots and repeated hole patterns

A closer view reveals straight slots, curved openings, repeated small-hole arrays and larger through-holes within one carbon fiber sheet part.

The close-up makes the range of detail especially clear. The part combines long straight slots, two curved slots, arcs of small holes, larger through-holes and narrow end tabs within a compact outline.

These visible features demonstrate how different CNC-machined details can coexist in one carbon fiber component. They also show the variety of geometry available when a project requires more than a simple cut perimeter.

These features can be combined into a custom carbon fiber sheet component based on the approved project drawing.

Drawing-led customization

Boke’s published carbon fiber sheet offering includes project-confirmed custom cutting and CNC machining for civil and industrial sheet-part projects. Material configuration, finished dimensions, surface requirements, tolerance and inspection details are confirmed for each project rather than assumed from a photograph.

This drawing-led approach allows the machining scope to follow the actual component geometry, whether the design calls for one contoured plate or a family of related parts.
